This website (thankuarchive.store, or any domain that later replaces it) is operated by Vince, Marathonlaan 59, 2807 AP Gouda, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 98877569 ("we", "us"). Email: jeephumilifier@outlook.com. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Independent store and trademarks

We are an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Jeep®, Stellantis N.V., FCA US LLC or any of their subsidiaries or licensees. Jeep®, Wrangler® and related names, logos and designs are trademarks of their respective owners. Any reference to them on this site only describes the style of vehicle our products are inspired by. It does not suggest any connection, partnership or official status. Our products are not official manufacturer products.

3. Intellectual property complaints

We respect intellectual property rights and respond quickly. If you own a trademark, copyright or design right and believe content or a product on this site infringes it, email jeephumilifier@outlook.com with the subject line "IP Notice" and include: your name and contact details and the right you own or represent; the URL of the page or product concerned; a description of the alleged infringement; and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised and that your notice is accurate. We'll acknowledge your notice within 2 business days and, where appropriate, remove or change the content concerned.

4. Products and descriptions

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours, finishes and details may vary slightly from photos and videos, and screens display colours differently. Mist output and sound can vary with water quality and room conditions. Small differences like these don't make a product defective.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. Changes don't affect confirmed orders. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailable stock. If a cancelled order was already paid, you'll get a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

8. Safe use

The product is an electrical device that holds water. Use it only as described in the instructions in the box: fill with clean water only, unplug before filling or cleaning, use the included USB-C cable, and keep it away from children and pets. It is a decorative item for adults, not a toy. We aren't responsible for damage caused by misuse, such as overfilling, using liquids other than water, or using an unsuitable power source.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Use of the website

You may not misuse this site, for example by copying content for commercial use, scraping it, interfering with its security or placing fraudulent orders.

11. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo or video, you give us permission to show it on our site and social channels. You confirm it is truthful and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

12. Force majeure

We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as carrier delays, strikes, customs holds or supplier problems.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim there. We'd always like to solve problems directly first. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.
